Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 10:29 a.m. by Marty Jeffers, President of the Board. Attending were: Dennis Lee, Marianne Mitchell, Mike Schliessmann, Ella Hetherly, Ruth Freeman, Marty Jeffers, Gaye Lynn Hodgson, Kaysa Pierce, and Gary Knight. Also attending was Carolyn Manning of the WVL staff.

There being not enough Board Members present to constitute a Quorum, the meeting was adjourned. An informational meeting followed, but no official business was transacted.
